Swansea Road – Planning – Extension
[featured-img] The planning application for the extension has been submitted. The full application form and plans submitted can be found below for our investors who are following this project.
The plans submitted show the rear of the property being extended out to make an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. There is a utility space, and a GF bathroom with a jack and jill door into the existing front sitting room, which is to become a bedroom.
Upstairs we have split the 2 large bedrooms and put a full shower room in between, giving the new owners an additional bathroom upstairs and still have 2 large bedrooms.
The planning application number 2018/0134/FUL shows the details of the submission along with the plans, as per the below pictures for investor/ subscribers to see.
The planning consultant on this was meant to get this in to council in November, but due to a few alterations on the plans it went in later (after Xmas).
We now know that these changes were inconsequential to the application, as the internal layout could have changed without any issues, but unfortunately the planning consultant didn’t advise us at the time.
This is the type of thing that experience, or tracking someone like us on the blog helps you to get/ understand about the way things actually work 🙂
