Walter Road – Refinanced

Walter Rd is now refinanced and set to passive income for the investors. Final report.

Walter Road – Tenants finally

Firsts tenants are in, and finally we switch from building project to income producing asset. Now for the refinance – sharing lessons learnt in the process

Walter Rd – Nearing end of Construction

The project is starting to really take shape as we reach the end of construction phase and move into the next stages of finding tenants and refinancing.

Swansea Road – Planning appeal sought from Welsh Gov

After a bit of chasing, the planning consultant has sent off the appeal to the Welsh government to determine if the proposal aligns with the national strategy.We have submitted another planning application.

Gwendoline Street – Construction Starts

Started construction on Gwendonline Street, some interesting issues raised like damp and dry rot, we knew – but the treatment is hectic.

Swansea Road – Planning – Extension

The planning application for the extension has been submitted. The full application form and plans submitted can be found below for our investors who are following this project.

Walter Rd – Mid Construction

Gwendonline St – Planning approved

We are thrilled we received word from the Neath Port Talbot council today, they approved our planning application to change the property from C3 residential to C4 House of Multiple Occupants for up to four people.
