Walter Rd – Construction complete

[featured-img]We are so happy to announce that construction at Walter Rd has finished! All we need now is the occupancy certificate to be issued by the council building regulations so we can house our first tenant, who is waiting to move in. It is exciting times for this project, our “diploma” in UK property, project and people management

The final cost of the project is yet to be determined, so this is just a time marker blog post really, but it is really exciting as we prepare to take final dressed photos of the rooms and put the building up for let as a finished product.
